Katie Kezele, Pilates
Certified PostPartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pilates instructor
Katie has been teaching Pilates since 2011 and has developed a deep passion for helping clients improve strength, posture, and pain-free movement. She enjoys working with a wide range of individuals, including amateur and professional athletes, prenatal and postpartum women, and those seeking corrective exercise after injury or rehab.
A key focus of Katie’s approach is breathwork. She emphasizes correcting breathing patterns, which she believes are essential to building a strong, functional foundation. Improper breathing and poor abdominal activation, she says, often contribute to chronic aches, pains, and injury. Through mindful breath-to-movement connection, Katie helps clients move with more intention and control.
Katie is also a certified Postpartum/Prenatal Corrective Exercise Specialist. As a mother, she’s especially passionate about guiding women through both pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Whether newly postpartum or 20+ years out, Katie believes it’s never too late to rebuild strength and address lingering issues. Her supportive and empowering approach ensures that women feel confident as they progress through safe, effective exercises tailored to their unique needs.
