Our Fitness Services include personalized fitness training for all levels of people.
Step 1: Every training program starts with an Introductory Assessment that includes a review of your medical and injury history, objectives, and a movement assessment.
Step 2: After the initial assessment, clients begin with private sessions in order to receive focused attention from our trainers to ensure safety and understanding of the gym exercises and lingo.
Step 3: When you and the trainer agree that you are comfortable with your fitness program and understanding of our system, you have the option of joining small group semi-private training or staying as a private one-on-one client. The small group training sessions are done with 2 - 3 other clients that is supervised by one personal trainer. However, each client will continue to receive custom designed programs to address their personal needs and goals.
