Dr. Ellen Foster, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist, Director of Athlete Sponsorships

Ellen is a double graduate of University of Cincinnati after attending for both her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. While at UC she completed internships at Christ Hospital, Cincinnati Children’s, and Cincinnati Sports Medicine Orthopedic Center, where she learned advanced ACL rehab and prevention strategies from surgeon Frank Noyes. She joined BE in 2018, and completed a clinical mentorship under BE’s founder, Eric Oliver, where she learned advanced manual therapy techniques. She became dry needling certified in 2021 through Integrated Dry Needling. Ellen has recently completed the first course towards certification in Rigo Concept for physiotherapist scoliosis specific exercise (PSSE, formerly known as Schroth Therapy) through the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School.


She enjoys working with the following diagnoses and problems: post-operative knee and hip rehab; femoacetabular impingement (FAI); hip labrum tears; scoliosis and spinal deformities at all stages including conservative care, bracing, post surgical; runners; cyclists; chronic pain; Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome (EDS).


Ellen is a former competitive cyclist and now enjoys running 10ks, mountain biking, and hiking with her family in free time.
