Foam Rolling

Foam rolling is appropriate for helping to keep your muscles loose and pliable.

Foam rolling can be performed 3-5x per week.  It can be performed as a stand-alone activity or as part of a workout (either before or after).

Never perform these foam rolling techniques if it causes sharp pain in your muscle.  If you are dealing with an injury we encourage you to seek guidance from a professional before you attempt these techniques.
