Liz Brinkmoeller, CPT

Certified Personal Trainer

After being a track athlete in high school, Liz took the more traditional route by going to the College of Business at the University of Cincinnati. She graduated in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in operations management. After working a desk job for a few years, Liz rediscovered her passion for fitness and movement--first getting a group fitness certification in 2014 followed by a personal training certification with the American Council on Exercise in 2016. In 2017, she made the jump and changed careers to be a full time fitness instructor. She earned an additional certification in corrective exercise with NASM in 2020. Her main focus has been small group training with specialties in conditioning and strength building sessions.

Liz coaches people through workouts using proper form and technique so they get the most out their movements, achieve their goals, and avoid injury. She has a passion for trying to convince runners that strength training is essential to efficient and pain-free running. For Liz, pushing people outside comfort zones and seeing the results that come from that is like "fitness magic".

Outside of the gym, Liz likes to spend time with her husband, daughter, and dogs. Whether it's taking long dog walks, traveling the world, or going to FC Cincinnati games. Go Orange and Blue!
