Personal Training
Personal training provides guidance & accountability.
We provide personalized training plans along with expert coaching during your workout sessions so as to ensure you get the most out of your time within our gym.
A personal training journey with us starts with an initial movement assessment and review of your goals.
We then tailor a training program that both addresses the deficits discovered from your assessment and gets you to your end goal, whether it's to look better, feel better, perform better, or all of the above!
We have two personal training options -- private personal training and semi-private personal training. All training sessions last 50-60 minutes.
The private personal training option is a one-on-one training session that is custom programmed for your needs. The majority of clients start with private personal training in order to develop safe movement habits, gain an understanding of the trainer's programming and cues, and receive individualized attention to learn how to train safely.
The semi-private personal training option is a small group training session in which you perform your own customized workout, but with the supervision of a personal trainer who is also supervising 1 - 2 other clients. This option is for clients who demonstrate proficiency, safety, and movement competence with their exercises.
Amenities for our personal training clients includes: access to water fountains and a water filling station, private showers, and free coffee/espresso.
