Bridge Program
Are you trying to return to a strength training program after graduating from physical therapy treatment? Would you benefit from extra guidance and attention so you don't re-injure your body?
Do you want a personal trainer who is entrusted by your physical therapist to guide you to a more advanced level of exercise?
If you answered "yes" to these questions, then you are an appropriate candidate to enter our Bridge Program!
The Bridge Program is intended to be a transitionary personal training program in which our specialist --Austin Pancner, CPT -- will build a personalized strength program that takes into account your recommendations from the physical therapist, your injury history, and your goals for returning to exercise and activities.
The Bridge Program starts with an initial assessment. After which, Austin will create a custom program that meets you at your post-rehab stage and current level of fitness. Follow-up sessions are one-on-one private sessions that are performed in our fully equipped modern gym.
