ACL Injury Prevention

You don’t need to be injured to train smarter. Our ACL injury prevention program identifies red flags before they lead to a serious knee injury. We will assess your hip mobility, hip and core strength, take-off and landing mechanics when jumping, and deceleration technique. Along with our movement screen, we utilize a state-of-the-art motion capture system to accurately measure the quality of your movement.
