What to expect:

  • Session 1

    • In-depth clinical exam with a physiotherapist

      • Strength Testing

      • Mobility Testing

      • Jump and Plyometric Assessment (using the state-of-the-art OptoJump© System)

        • Jump Power

        • RSI: Reactive Strength Index describes the individual's capability to quickly change from an eccentric muscular contraction to a concentric one. An athlete’s ability to quickly transition from through this stretch-shortening cycle is critical for performance in many sports. If not done properly, it can lead to tissue breakdown as well as performance decrement.

      • Interpretation of test results with a physiotherapist

  • Session 2

    • Deeper dive into your results

    • Manual physical therapy treatment to improve joint/tissue mobility

    • Instruction in exercises to begin addressing strength, mobility, and motor control deficiencies

  • Session 3 and beyond

  • Mobility and strength workouts in our strength and conditioning gym to improve your athleticism and resiliency

  • Re-testing with OptoJump to track progress
