Carly Eades
certified personal trainer
Carly Eades is a graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Exercise Movement. She also completed her certificate of Personal Fitness Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist at Cincinnati State. Carly has her CPT certification through the American Council on Exercise and her CES through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Carly has been training for over two years and has experience working with clients ranging from teenage years to grandparents and from elite athletes to someone just starting their fitness journey. Carly trains her clients with a lot of energy and excitement, while also paying lots of attention to the details of every movement. Her favorite part about personal training is helping people realize how strong they are. She loves when a client starts to gain confidence in themselves.
Carly played sports all of her childhood and found her love for the sport of volleyball. She played all the way through high school and started coaching in college and continues to coach for Loveland High School and Lineshot Volleyball Club here in Cincinnati.
In Carly’s free time, she likes to hang out with her husband, William, and two cats, Kevin and Toby (named after one of her favorite TV shows, The Office), watch sports, run, play sand volleyball, and catch up on good reality TV.
““That moment when the lightbulb turns on for a client and they see that they do belong in a gym and that they can do this truly warms my heart. I love helping people find their inner strength.” ”
