Physical Therapist
Tyler earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Bellarmine University and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Northern Kentucky University. She is certified in pelvic rehabilitation through the APTA (CAPP-Pelvic) and holds advanced certifications in complex pelvic pain, pelvic floor dry needling, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, and pessary fitting for pelvic organ prolapse. Her ongoing professional development reflects her commitment to providing comprehensive pelvic health care.
Tyler specializes in evaluating and treating a wide range of pelvic health and orthopedic conditions across all genders. She is especially passionate about working with patients experiencing complex pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum issues, and those seeking holistic, full-body care. With deep experience in treating pelvic pain, prolapse, incontinence, and more, she empowers her patients through personalized treatment plans. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys rock climbing with her husband, Josh, and spending time with their son, Ezra. The couple is currently pursuing certification as multi-pitch climbing instructors.
