Sarah Wiseman, RD, LD, NSCA-CPT

Sarah is a University of Cincinnati graduate in dietetics and completed her dietetic internship through Wellness Workdays out of Boston, MA. Sports drew Sarah to the nutrition field as she was a pole vaulter at the University of Cincinnati. She was a Big East Champion in 2012, a former UC school record holder, and a three-time qualifier to the NCAA East Preliminary Championship. Sarah has been a volunteer coach with the Bearcats with three conference championships and a world-qualifier in the pole vault, Adrian Valles. 

Sarah has nutritionally counseled varsity athletes at the University of Cincinnati in soccer, volleyball, tennis, lacrosse, and track and field/cross country. She has also worked in the hospital and outpatient Cardiac Rehab settings, helping individuals accomplish weight loss goals or manage diseases from cancer to diabetes, heart disease, and gastrointestinal issues. She is completing her certificate in Sports Nutrition through the International Olympic Committee and is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Sarah continues to train for pole vault with the goal of qualifying for the 2020 Olympic Trials, and she enjoys hiking, gardening, biking, and bee-keeping with her husband.
