Sarah first experienced Pilates while she was a dancer in high school. After college graduation, she began to take Pilates mat and reformer classes regularly and then decided to take a teacher training course. She completed her first Pilates training program in 2011 and has been teaching since then. She completed Balanced Body's comprehensive Pilates training in 2014, and she continues to enhance her Pilates knowledge through continuing education courses and conferences, such as Pilates on Tour. She enjoys introducing others to Pilates and guiding her clients through classes that will provide a good workout but also leave them feeling relaxed and balanced.
