What's your favorite pre-race meal? Pre-race, Rebekah often eats pizza and a salad the night before and oatmeal for breakfast on race morning.

What's your favorite non-running or triathlon activity? Rebekah is a piano technician and a runner. Simply put, she fixes pianos and runs when she’s not fixing pianos. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and cooking. 

What motivated you to get involved in your sport and what keeps you motivated to keep participating? She was motivated to start running about four years ago to see how fast she could go and speed still motivates her today.
