Heather was a meteorologist in the Air Force where she developed a love of fitness and serving the community. She spent 7 years doing Muay Thai and Boxing, with 3 cage matches under her belt. Heather is a graduate of Cincinnati State with an Associates degree in Health and Fitness. She is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer, and by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. It was through this program that she developed a passion for helping people.
Heather was invited to the Beyond Exercise team and is thrilled to work in an environment that helps clients reach their goals. Her passion is to create self-confidence in her clients through optimal movements.
In her off time, she can be found hiking, dog training, and aiding the community through Team Rubicon, a veteran disaster response team. She is an active member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Team Red, White and Blue.
