Dr. Ellen Foster, PT, DPT

Dr. Ellen Foster graduated from University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise & Movement in 2014 and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018. Ellen completed clinical rotations in multiple settings including outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehab, and sports medicine, where she learned techniques such as cupping, kinesiotaping, and ACL injury prevention jump training.

Ellen is movement quality expert who is passionate about combining her training in biomechanics with her love of cycling and strives to help cyclists of all levels by addressing limitations in mobility and strength in order to enhance performance, increase comfort, and optimize position on the bike. She was a member of UC’s cycling team where she raced in both cyclocross and road, and is currently a member of Team Hungry and is pursuing her USA Cycling coaching certification.

When she’s not riding, Ellen enjoys trail running, backpacking, and spoiling her French Bulldog, Henri.
