Physical Therapy [Tibial Stress Fracture]
"Before I started training for the Boston Marathon, I was rehabbing a stress fracture on my right tibia. My doctor told me I had to limit my running for at least four weeks, which meant I wouldn't be able to start training until February; leaving me a little over 2 months to get ready for one of my biggest races. Eric immediately took action and created a plan that helped me maintain and improve my fitness level. Eric and I worked to develop a plan of cross-training and running on his AlterG Treadmill to keep my fitness level high before I really began training. Recently, I was able to earn my 2nd Boston Qualifying time with a 3:04:11 finish time! Without Eric's help at Beyond Exercise, I may not have been as prepared for Boston."
