All services are provided remotely or at the office of Galia Collaborative in East Walnut Hills. Transactions are handled through Galia Collaborative for the services they render.

Behavioral Health

Our health is driven by a constellation of factors, including our genetics, our background, and our health-related behaviors. Our ability to impact our health and wellness-related goals relies heavily upon our habits, perceptions, attitudes, and patterns of behavior. You’ll meet, virtually or in person, for an initial evaluation with a behavioral health therapist in which you’ll discuss your current wellbeing and opportunities for making positive changes based on your own goals, strengths, and resources. Galia Collaborative is a team of behavioral health experts dedicated to supporting individuals on their individual journeys.

Postpartum Mental Health

The postpartum period is one of the most vulnerable times in a person’s life for developing anxiety, depression, and stress-related illnesses. We believe that any approach to postpartum health must involve addressing the very real psychological challenges and stressors that accompany parenthood. Galia Collaborative is a team of warm and dedicated behavioral health experts dedicated to helping women navigate the complexities of life and health. You will meet for a confidential session with one of Galia’s women’s health therapists for an evaluation of your mental and overall wellbeing. Together, you’ll discuss opportunities for improving your mental health and quality of life during this time. You also have the option to meet virtually from the comfort of your home, or bring your baby to the office.
