The objective of our various running services is to identify strength deficits, mobility inefficiencies, flexibility issues, and mechanical running flaws that may be the source of pain, lead to long-term injury, or reduce your running efficiency.  Correcting these flaws can lead to faster run paces, pain-relief, uninterrupted training from injury, and a big smile on your face while running.  These services are for any runner looking to:

75-Minute Post Rehab Personal Training

75-minute session $80 • 4 SESSION PACKAGE $300

When you are ready to transition into a fitness program, our expert personal trainers will work with you in designing and executing a fitness regimen under their watchful eye.  This transitional program will prepare you as you graduate from therapeutic exercises with a physical therapist into a true fitness and return-to-sport program.  Once the trainer feels that you have met the objectives necessary to progress into a true fitness program, you may switch to working in a 60-minute private/semi-private training program, small group program, or one of our fitness classes.

These sessions are 75-minutes in duration in order to allow for sufficient time to work on your deficiencies and to properly warm-up and cool down the the body to prevent re-injury or new injuries.
