Come to an introductory workshop on how Mindfulness Stress Reduction can help you:

This workshop is presented by Mark Levine, LICDC-CS. Mark has been helping people his entire professional life. Starting first with medicine, his career later shifted to treating addictions and becoming a life coach. It was during the 12 years he treated homeless veterans suffering from substance addictions that he became immersed in the study and teaching of mindfulness. The benefits of mindfulness became readily obvious for him personally, as well as for his clients.
Mark enjoys running marathons, composing music, and mindfully approaching the way he eats and interacts with the environment.
