Metabolic Conditioning For Women

This class packs a lot of punch in a shorter class format of 35 - 40 minutes.  Each class will work through a warm-up to prime your body for the sweat-tastic workout designed by our women's fitness instructor.  You can expect a whole body workout that will get your heart rate high and the calories burning!  

Each class is $14/class.
