Personal Training [General Fitness]

I am not a triathlete. I train with Jason Adams to keep up with the demands of everyday life and to enjoy recreational running and cycling with my husband. Strength training with Jason has solved issues in my knees, wrists and shoulders, giving me confidence and peace of mind. When I need it, Jason reminds me that I am strong and his winning attitude is contagious!
