One Day Mountain Bike Workshop

A long time ago, I learned to mountain bike in spite of some opposition from my parents. ‘It’s too dangerous,’ they said. ‘You might hit a tree,’ they warned. Reluctantly, they purchased a bike for me as my high school graduation present. This mountain bike provided a transition from traditional sports and exercise to outdoors adventure sports. Mountain biking allowed me to experience the exhilaration of flying through the woods, the appreciation of time with good friends, and the proliferation of my love for the outdoors. It was the gateway to the many outdoor and endurance sport adventures I have had the privilege of experiencing and continue to experience.

It has been a long time since I last pedaled through the woods, but I have decided that it is time to enter them again. Because of what mountain biking did for me, I want to share it with you. If you have had any temptation to learn how to mountain bike I invite you to come out to one of our mountain bike workshops and adventures.
